Dear Members, Visitors, and Friends of the Congregation, 

          We had 55 people gather for worship on Sunday and it was wonderful to see. I pray that even more will be in attendance this Sunday. The truth is that it’s such a joy to be back and I just want to see you and talk with you – I’ve missed you! 

          The attached prayer, which I will pray during our ZOOM worship time tonight, June 15, at 7:00 PM, is another “talking prayer” which I hope will make some sense to you. Maybe because of what I’m going through, the sounds of each day are somehow different than before, and those who have gone through cancer treatment or are going through it now will know what I mean when I say that ordinary sounds become precious and beautiful and are anything but ordinary. 

          May God continue to cast out our fears by his love and help us to live strong and brave and glad,
