Dear Members, Visitors, and Friends of the Congregation,

          As many of you know, I grew up in Minnesota, knee-deep in Scandinavians. The prayer I will pray during our ZOOM Worship Time tonight, Wednesday, August 2, at 7:00 PM, originates with them. I can only hope that, whether you are Scandinavian or not, you might recognize yourself in some of the things they say and how they approach what happens.

          May God continue to grace us with the faith that sees us through the worst of days to better days,
